Mindful Yoga: Practicing Holiness in Everyday Life
Mindfully move through an easy flow yoga practice to uplift and unite your body, mind and spirit. All levels welcome. Bring a mat, blanket and water bottle. A few extra mats available.

Yoga Instructor with 200 hour certification in Anusara Yoga. Owner of Darlene Kelbach, LLC and currently teaching at Branches of Wellness, Mentor Heisley Racquet & Fitness Club,
Fairmount Center for the Arts, Fairport Dance Academy, Stagecrafters, Mentor Library, Holden Arboretum, and the Fine Arts Association.

Experienced Retreat Leader and Spiritual Director. Holds certificates in Ignatian Spirituality from John Carroll University, Spirituality in Healthcare and Contemplative Prayer and Retreat Leadership from The Shalem Institute. Retired Registered Nurse. Bachelor Degree in International Studies with an emphasis on culture and language. Advanced study in Philosophy and Bioethics.
